The Action Committee for Eldorado has two applications up for public vote. One is for a bolt relocation on Slow Train Comin' and the other is for a retro bolt on Hands in the Clouds. We encourage you to get involved by voting and sharing your opinion.

You can vote online on our website IN ADDITION you can also show to our meeting and vote in person. The meeting is April 25th, 7PM at the Spot Boulldering Gym in Boulder.

It would be good if the links in the applications showed a bit more (anything) about where and why the bolts will be added/ moved so that voters can get a better idea. John, maybe you can ask the applicants to include that? Thanks!

If you click on the desired application name (above "view votes"), a PDF will open up. There is a lot of information in those PDFs, but you are encouraged to climb the route yourself.

Whoops - just realized I needed to use this little scrolly wheel thing on my mouse to view the rest of the .pdf. Thanks for the enlightenment ;) I knew past applications had extensive photos and descriptions.

It would be great if you could make the comments that voters make optionally public. I would like to see why folks say "no" to a proposal, especially.

Thanks to all those who voted and took time to give input. Both applications passed, and Park staff will most likely be issuing permits soon. Looking forward to both of these gem routes getting updated hardware.
