Russ, l chose not to click your link, afraid what I might see. It's open for registration if anyone wants it. Good squatting potential.

Based on what? It seems there have been default judgement for hundreds of thousands of dollars against 123mountain (the korean guy, various suppliers etc).

Based on who has obtained a Sheriff's Order. One may have obtained a judgement but then one also needs a second order to get it enforced. A two step process. I would venture to guess that to date only the one person has obtained the Sheriff's Order. Others might be right behind.

they are not quite shut down yet.

123mountain.biz/ is still active and when you inquire through
123mountain.com, they claim that they are not affiliated in any way with the 123 retail store located in Frisco and are ready to sell you merchandise.

They are continuing to sell on Ebay with a majority of positive reviews leading us to believe that they still have merchandise stored someplace.

The negative reviews are also starting to come in.

Their website host is westhost.com.

Please contact them at abuse@westhost.com and share their criminal activities.
If someone has the case number for their recent sheriff's order to enforce judgment, please let them know.

They need more official evidence in order to shut them down.

" Landlord Larry Feldman, who said he has not seen rent since November, noted the eviction process is underway. Since the windows were covered and the doors locked, he noted he had received concerns from tenants living above the business in Condos Off Main.

“I have no access to the space,” he said. “I’m just nervous about what might transpire and think someone ought to see what’s behind the windows.”

It is amazing to me that they haven't been charged with wire fraud, money laundering etc. yet.

Until they just reopen under a different name or move to one of the other 50,000 counties in the USA. Happens all the time, companies make a lethal decision and they rebrand under a different name.

And interestingly, 123mountain.com is still up and running and apparently taking orders.

Please submit any info you have to abuse@westhost.com and abuse@godaddy.com to help shut down their 2 websites 123mountain.com and 123mountain.biz.

As long as they have websites that are up and running, they will continue as always. The fact that the police helped seize their store merchandise is only affecting their activity on Ebay (where they attempted to sell the merchandise they never paid for to begin with). They never had the inventory that they claim on the website and yet still collected from unsuspecting customers and ripped them off. This activity will continue until the website is shut down.

I'd love to help, but I'm assuming you need personal experience with their practices to do so, yeah? I've not ordered anything...yet.
