Climber falls 50ft at echo cliffs

Joe.... I don't think that this was at Echo cliffs..... Circle X is a different spot.

So a hiker down at the Grotto, or are you thinking perhaps at the off limits cave X?

There is a Circle X Ranch.... down below the parking for Echo and the Sandstone peak trail head.... both trail heads are on Yurba Buena Rd.

cave X is on the way up.... just a bit out of Westlake, by the also closed Lake....

I guess the "X" family was big in that part of Ventura County..... LOL
