The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
This line follows the left portion of the Easter Overflow face. It was originally done as a top rope and rated 5.9+. There is some traversing involved between the 2nd and 3rd bolts.
