Description Suggest change

This crag has fun, committing solos over the river on solid rock. Moss exists on some of the large ledges, but it is mostly clean rock. There is a possibility for more, cooler routes here and over the river in other parts of Brown's. Commercial rafts will move through most of the day during peak season (May-August), so watch out below.

Getting There Suggest change

Fisherman's Bridge put in or Ruby Mountain gets you there quickest. The only way to get on these climbs is from a boat. After Hemorrhoid Rapid, the river gradually bends right through flat water, as soon as the channel constricts and bends back left you can see a rock shaped like a bird's head (Jayhawk rock) overhanging the river ahead and a massive piece of driftwood river right. The only wall with climbs so far sits just up steam from the driftwood. This is before the long straightaway to Big Drop Rapid.
