Spain June/July/August

I will be in Spain from June 22-August 28 and looking for climbing partners. For the month of July I will be based out of Santander in a language immersion program (teaching Spanish back in the States next year), and could do surrounding areas in the North in afternoons, while I could travel for weekends. I'm interested in climbing in the Picos de Europa, Valdegovia, etc.

Otherwise, I have 2 weeks when I arrive (June 22-July 6)when I plan to head to Rodellar, but am open to climbing elsewhere. In August I have the whole month and could go anywhere! Climbing in the 5.12 range, could maybe project harder, but am happy climbing easier things as well. Will definitely bring my 70m rope and draws- still undecided on trad gear, but I could be convinced if someone is psyched on the Picos/Naranjo de Bulnes. Aasiyah, are you driving there from Barcelona? The calanques look sweet, and I could be psyched to join you- depends a little bit on modes of travel.

I will also be in Spain this summer and looking to climb. My students leave from Barcelona on June 25th, then I'm free until around July 4th, when I have a friend coming in to travel with me for 2 weeks.

I will be wandering around Europe July 7-12. I'll actually meet fellow climbers just about anywhere for climbing and/or shenanigans.

I am staying near Montgrony, Catalunya from now until the 28th of june and would be keen to get out at some point during this time. I would be happy to go to Montgrony or any other local crag.

Montgrony looks sweet! I will have my rope and draws with me, and could probably climb any days between the 24th-28th.

Can anyone here speak to whether or not it would be wise to bring a tent/camping gear to Spain? What's the scene like, and how much cheaper would it be to take this option for climbing areas?

Great! yes I have an 80 meter rope and 15 draws, and can climb anytime 24th to 28th as well (or earlier). My no is 075618362 if you want to get in touch as a can't always access internet here.
As for camping, it may be a possibility but I would check the weather forecast first as there is a possibility of hail/thunder storms!.

Gotta love these short notices. I'm driving into Pamplona for a weekend wedding. I'll be coming off a few days of climbing on Naranjo de Bulnes with my climbing partner. I have a small window on July 2, possibly the 3rd to do some more climbing. Was interested in Rigloos or Rodellar but open to just about anything as long as it's not too far away. I enjoy climbing in new areas and would even consider some gym climbing. I have a full trad rack, 20ish draws and ropes. PM me if you can get out or have any suggestions.

Hailing from Australia. Travelling the world at moment.

I'm in Huesca as we speak ready to climb. I have 70m rope and quickdraws. I'm knuckling down in Spain till August climbing as much as possible. I'm climbing 5.11. 6b's generally push me but have led a couple of 6c's.

Having a helluva time getting from Huesca to Rodellar. I'm here by myself. Public transport is not available. Was looking to camp in Mascun but would do El Puente if there was an easy way to get to the rock every day. Failing not being able to get to Rodellar I am thinking of heading up to Santander or closer to Barcelona.

Please write back ASAP if anyone is in the area and can pick me up on their way through to Rodellar and/or is looking for a climbing partner.
