The dihedral is vertical, and does not lean as shown in this topo, but it feels like it does. The # of fixed pins is highly variable. When I did this route in '91 Rich Lake had just pounded in a bunch of fresh pins, so many of us scrambled to get in a ride when we knew the pro was probably quite good. This would be a very different climb without those pins to clip on the go.

Mark Wagner was a hard man badass climber. My partner climbed with him for almost a decade. Nobody really climbed with him for long if they valued their life, maybe you were one of the few. Would have been nice to meet you too. Seems as though you have left us sir. Thank you for the beta. I'll check those FPs and post mine someday.
