Is that one of the old Rawl 1/4" hammer in bolts?

Yes, exactly right, we still use them in construction quite a bit, and if it were SS with homemade SS hanger it would still be great. I would trust a 1/4 split drive Rawl over a rusty 1/4" or even 3/8" bolt. In granite or basalt anyway.
