Introduction to Systems Training
Join us for a directed warm up and training session where we will
discuss the application of systems training as a tool for progression in climbing. Systems training is extremely valuable for fine tuning body positioning, identifying right/left imbalances, and building finger and core strength.
Thursday - September 25th 7-9pm
Wednesday - October 1st 7-9pm
- Each session is limited to 8 climbers. Register at Rocks and Ropes.
