The 2 routes Elwood P. Dowd, and Harvey are tributes to Mary Chase, who owned part of Staunton Park. She wrote the play Harvey, that be came the classic movie Harvey, 1950, staring James Stewart, as Elwood P. Dowd, Harvey is a 6'3" 1/2 tall, invisible white rabbit, aka the Pooka, a benign but mischievous creature from Celtic mythology.

At the base of the Meadow Dome, heading up and left is the start of the Permission Wall.

This is the 2nd bolted route on Permission Wall, the 1st bolted one is Harvey.
