Description Suggest change

Cuilcagh is a large flat top Mountain that has shed some of the finest quality grit stone boulders. It is very wide, 4 km in length, with a few different areas to explore. The main area has a ton of potential for development with some very aesthetic lines. There are also some impressive highball boulders scattered about.

Getting There Suggest change

From the parking lot and Cuilcagh trail head, you will follow a gravel road for a few kilometers which will turn into a bog (some hiking sandles may be handy as it is wet). After you walk across some wooden walkways and the incline begins to increase, head right into the first boulder field. You will need to hop a livestock fence that surrounds the field. The walk took us about 1 hour 30 minutes with a few quick stops for a breath.
