Long's Peak/ Notch Couloir conditions

Looking to head to RMNP between the 1st-7th, and was wondering if any folks knew of conditions on Long's. So far we're planning on climbing the Notch Couloir, and possibly Kieners. |
 here's a shot of the diamond on 4-19. didn't appear to be any tracks on Lambs Slide or the notch, maybe for good reason?? |
