On the diagram, the rating on pitch 5 has 5.3 rating. This is the traverse pitch once you gain the upper face. Most of the traverse is accurately rated, except there is a 5.8 friction move about 30' off the belay. Of course if someone has found an easier alternative then I stand corrected. This is the one spot that I always felt would benefit from a bolt. Otherwise a fall could load the belay bolts. It is above this move that we used a water bottle with a cliff hanger to add some 'virtual' protection for the rest of the pitch. Enjoy! Steve Foisy - Fussman

So, I think I heard or saw the comment about the sky hook, so my partner brought it in case he ended up with that pitch. I ended leading that pitch and found that the climbing was pretty easy as long as you eventually traversed and angled up. I noticed a bolt (that I started to head towards) with what looked a pretty hard move to gain. I went back and found a grassy ramp that angled up to the belay. On the photo topo, that bolt is marked off route. I guess a newer route climbs straight up, maybe to the same belay, and continues straight up.
