Hey all. I'm heading out to Red Rocks this October for the first time. Trying to get in as much climbing as possible, so we'll probably stick to sport, maybe some trad, but probably keep the pitches low. I see there are so, so many climbs. I'm wondering if anybody has any suggestions as to what's worth checking out? I can lead sport up to moderate 11, and have gotten on easier 12's in the past. The girlfriend leads up to 10 on trad too. Thanks!

Just had my second trip out there, but I found Cannibal Crag to be really fun. Fairly short climbs, but lots of fun. Has a few easier lines to warm up on then quite a few .11's and .12's.

It's a 3 minute approach from the car and actually in Calico Basin, so no fee for entering Red Rock proper.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
