Dirtbagging on the Peninsula?

Looks like I may be dirtbagging it for a month or two after I arrive next month. Can anyone recommend a decent place to camp within reasonable driving distance of Port Orchard? My dog and I will be sleeping in the truck, so a developed campsite isn't necessary, but I'd love to have a shower every other day or so.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Damn. Add that to the list of things I'll have to get used to when I move up there.

Okay, how about a driveway? Anyone want to let a girl and the world's sweetest dog park in their driveway on occasion?

I can be anywhere, since I work from my laptop, but my horse will be in Port Orchard at least through July, so I need to be easy driving distance from there. After that, I can start to look for a place to rent elsewhere in the state.

Thanks!

I reside in that area.
Let me think...

I would maybe try somewhere out in seabeck/belfair if you didnt wanna camp in town.

If i think of anything I'll pm you, also same thing on a partner, feel free to pm me if needed.

Thanks, Ethan.

I'd camp in the Walmart parking lot if I had to, but I'd just as soon find a little out of the way place to park.
