Regular Northwest Face this weekend (5/26) Too Cold?

Buddy and me are thinking of climbing half dome this weekend but the forecast is looking pretty cold (highs in the upper 50s). Anyone know if this will be too cold for the northwest face? as In will we be numb and shivering the entire time?

Should be fine. Did it 2 weeks ago in similar temps. Check how high the wind will be and bring one of those down sweaters if you have one. Belayer wears one and leader climbs in whatever he/she feels comfortable. Works well.

Will be chilly in the morning, but very doable. Wind doesn't look too bad. Have at least one puffy.

Also nice to have belay gloves for the morning. Wall warms up nicely when it gets into the sun.

Thanks for the info, sounds like it'll be a good time

Way too cold, stay home!!!! Just kidding. It was fun sharing the route with you, and the one puffy system worked well for us! I'm looking forward to going back and doing it a bit faster...
