November crags for a single climber in the east?

I'll be doing a trip down south from Montreal, Quebec, Canada in the next week or 2 for about a week. I'm looking to do some climbing, but will be alone so wondering which crags would have a decent amount of people, and a central sort of meeting spot (like a campground or something where I can ask around for partners).

I was thinking the RRG, because I remember it being so easy to meet people at Miguel's, but maybe that place is pretty dead by now? Then I thought maybe the Gunks could work, but I'm guessing that place is gonna be wet for a while now, after the hurricane. I want to limit the driving to 1 day, so I could maybe get a little further south than the Red River Gorge, but not much.

I'm into sport and trad, and could boulder if that was the best option, but would really prefer to rope up.

Miguel's should stay busy until the end of november, thats your best bet.

The Red would be your best bet for finding partners, and even with all this crazy weather, the rock has still been good enough for Ondra to flash 5.14d. The New River Gorge would be an option, too, and with the new AAC campground, I would think that finding partners would not be too hard there. However, it just got hit with snow this morning, and probably won't be good climbing until Friday at the earliest.

Ground has been really saturated and even some of the quicker drying routes at the Gunks have been seeping badly.

There will still be folks at the New, although like camhead said this weekend might not be best due to the weather. Haven't been to the AAC campground yet but that's the place to meet partners.

When are you planning to be climbing?

I'll hopefully be in the Red for the last two weeks of Nov minus a couple of obligatory family days on Thanksgiving when I'll be in the Obed.

I'll be doing one day on, one day off schedule, and working remotely (i.e., laptop at miguel's on the off days)

The campground is open at the New?! Sweet! I was there for the first time in early September, and the area was badly in need of a cooler, cheaper campground.

Adam: I won't be going for another 1 to 2 weeks, so we would most likely overlap for at least a little bit. It would be great to have a more regular partner, so shoot me a message when you know whether you'll be there or not. I was only planning to stay for 1 week, but if the weather is super nice and I'm having fun I might put off life for a little longer.
