Description Suggest change

This 500m long formation is made up of the free-standing Pferchfeldturm (a tower) and the long crag. This crag has some of the best cracks in the Pfalz for their grade, as well as some scary face climbing, as well as some more modern sport routes.
This area is best visited in Spring and Autumn since the majority of the routes are exposed to the sun and it can get quite warm on the wall and humid in the Summer.

Getting There Suggest change

From Schindhard, drive towards Bärenbrunnerhof. Upon leaving Schindhard (marked by a sign at the edge of the village) start counting to 700m, where you'll find a small dirt road on the right and parking on the left at the edge of the forest. The GPS coordinates point here.
