Welcome to Mountain Project (you joined today).

You're first question is: Where in the whole world should I climb? Naw, I'm not biting...

I would start by going West..

Ironically, that'd put him in Thailand, which is in the East. How does that work?

Damn, I am so confused. Either way, that would be a great suggestion for his travels. But I guess you would fly through Europe to get there after all....

Go East my friend...

Just google "Best Climbing in the world" and pick a continent dude. Try out the southern hemisphere, we have drop bears.

It depends on whatcha want. Start local and travel east. There is fantastic climbing in every area in the U.S. Check out Canada. Then off to Spain, France, Germany, Thailand, China, Japan. It all depends on your cup of tea. Hell, hit up Pakistan if you want to endure some mountainous expedition even. Good luck with your travels and, first things last, yurr gunna die!

Have you been to Tahquitz, Yosemite, IC, Gunks, J-Tree, The High Sierra? (sorry East Coast I don't know many places over there) If you have not been to any of those, start there. Meet people talk to them about their favorite spots/climbs and then go to there. Dirt bag at it's best. Or do like me and look at pictures of places online.

Exactly, just fly to Barcelona and figure it all out from there.

With all those purdy Simon Carter down under photos I've been drooling over for years - I'd go to Australia!

You can probably answer an urgent question; is vegemite behind the ears the best drop bear protection?

Her account got suspended. She is probably under a different name now.

Climbing grade and sport/traditional/bouldering preferences would have a big impact on the answer to that question.

Unfortunately not, those little buggers love the vagmite. And magnesium carbonate is like cocain for them...
