Pentapitch Access?

Visiting from CA and just read that the usual access to Pentapitch is closed. It seems I can park at Lisa Falls, cross the creek, and then walk downstream roughly 0.75 mile until I hit the turnoff at the two large trees. Is this correct? Any other advice on the alternate access route?

There's a subtle pullout prior to the Lisa Falls parking lot, and, prior to the lot on the east side (right) of the road (access to Y Coulior). Look for a old road and a red (or green?) gate down in the trees from the parking spot. This leads to a pipe which can be used to cross the creek.

Parking and access to Pentapitch?

You can kinda see cars parked in the photo above. I think that's the spot. The road bends back left, then around right, then goes past the parking lot on the right, then the Lisa's lot on the left.

Anyone else, is that right?

Creek isn't near as high as last year, so, maybe crossing won't be a dealio.

^^^ It's a chain link fence gate after the power plant and before Lisa falls. No pipe, it's a bridge.

The stream on Saturday was still too high to cross.

Pole vaulting will be required if you do not use the semi-hard to find bridge up stream from the power plant.

We found it with no problems. It's the first pullout on the right after passing Gate B. There's a metal gate that you walk around, down to the river, and cross on a solid wooden bridge.

I wish this thread was in existence before last weekend when me and a friend went up there. We parked just down from the large pipe that crosses the river and made a sketchy crossing on a some fallen trees to the west. Good to know about the bridge and the gate. Thanks for the pics!
