Description

There is a neat, little, sport climbing spot at the historic Camp Hale. It is a bit chossy in spots but fun nonetheless.

Getting There

Most folks will drive I-70 to the US 24 junction near Minturn, then drive south towards Leadville. You will pass the Gilman Canyon area. Camp Hale is north of Leadville and just east of US 24.
