They are called rap stations ...not referring to a musical genre.

I prefer chains and links as opposed to rap rings

In the interest of getting this thread to 10 plus pages, I would like to express my outrage at the blatant chipping on "Is Our Children Learning"

This vandal just removed a key hold for me and now my season is ruined. Back to square one on the redpoint :(

I was climbing when I felt a burning pain where my arm connects to my lat. Now, it's black and blue under there, and it hurts to move...is this normal? I don't need to take time off, do I?

Joe, I'm a non-medically trained, non-expert, so I should be able to help you with few results. I suggest herbs that are unapproved by the FDA and have no clinical evidence that they work. Additionally, take two of something and call me in the morning. Then, try some physical therapy that will most certainly aggravate it. Glad I could help.

Thanks, that shouldn't help. I'll take two margaritas and call you something in the morning; any preference? I like it when people call me "whistledick", but you may prefer something else.

John, you've asked a highly technical question and have come to the right place. Generally speaking, notwithstanding the exceptions and exclusions of the subordination policy, you should defer to the ostensible solution.

What are the best tools to use to chip a hold? What's the best chisel?

I'm thinking that being injured might provide an opportunity to get my Miuras resoled-does anyone know how to get in touch with a good resole shop?

Darren,

A chisel was a wise choice. A "hammer" makes it easier, also. The type of chisel you should use is "sharp."

Is the chisel attachment to my drill excessive?

Can you chip or drill a new one?

Absolutely not. If you can both drill useless holes and chip holds at the same time, you are being efficient. And using less electricity. I commend you for your green approach to saving the environment.
