Because i have no faith in the FDA!!!

Look at their freaking track record FOR Christ sake. All the shit they approve that gets pulled off the market years later after the damage is done. All the studies done on drugs and the truth about really goes on behind those closed doors and what happens to the people it did not go so well for.

No thanks i stay clear of as much of all that shit as i can without turning into a freak! I do my best to consume zero processed foods. Ok i am addicted to ice cream and fresh baked cookies but that is about it for real. I try and eat as little food that comes in a package as humanly possible "fresh fruits meats and vegetables right from the farm whenever possible and i would say a solid 75% of what i eat is like this. I also use all natural sources of hand, dish, and body soap. Beyond that i use or make all my own household cleaners and steer well clear of any manufactured chemicals as much as this world will allow for without say not wearing synthetic clothing, driving a car and living in a modern home.

Simply i do the best i can to avoid all these things without driving myself and those around me totally fucking nuts about it all.

Cool, thanks for clearing it up that you have no idea what you are talking about. Haha seriously, did you read what you wrote? Long winded, rambling post with no point. You sound like a crazy person!

You are 35 and just found out what a DNR is... Need I say more? And now I am going to listen to you for advice on cholesterol medication??? You didnt even know what a DNR is yet you pretend to know so much about modern medicine... Brilliant!

Listen Dex i never said my rule was the golden rule or the rule for anyone else. But if you are gonna question my personal ideals then i am gonna defend them. Sure to the average person "that drank the coolaid" i understand all of that is a waste of my breath and very few will se me as anything other than nuts.

Never had any reason to know what a DNR was as i have never seen anyone ill enough to need one in place or been that sick myself.

I am not trying to argue with a bunch of people i do not an probably never will know via internet forum. On the other hand i do feel pretty strong that we are our own worst enemies us humans!! If that makes me crazy so be it...

For all i know those tha have a problem with my view work in or are tied to the medical field in one way or another. If that is the case it is a loosing argument hence as i said i am not looking to argue however offer a alternative not very often heard perspective.

Sorry i cannot be hurded along like most.

Obviously you aren't interested in taking your psych meds either...

Its fine if you don't want to be a part of modern health care but at least educate yourself so you have a clue what you are talking about.

As opposed to all the natural chemicals that are perfectly safe? There is plenty of all natural stuff that will kill you. Again, you have no idea what you are talking about.

Really pretty sure i have a clue what i am talking about. Sorry i don't march to the beat of the brainwashed drum!!

It does not take a rocket scientist to know cholesterol meds are bad bad news for 99% of those that are prescribed them. And just another giant $$$$ making scam for the big pharmaceutical companies.

Pretty much common knowledge unless you are the give me a pill to fix it as i am too lazy to do something about it myself type.

We are wasting our breath with each other. You and i don not see eye to eye. No big deal really!

And there are plenty man made ones that will make you sick. You go ahead and sort through all that and take that chance yourself.

I am not gonna argue with you. We clearly are two very different type people that will never see eye to eye on the subject.

That is ok with me.

Have a nice weekend.

Really? Where are you getting this information from? Seriously lets see some facts here before you go spewing any more BS that you have convinced yourself is true.

You really think Doctors who spent YEARS in school are going to prescribe something that does more harm than good to 99% of their patients? Yes they must all be brainwashed too....

Seriously try reading a book sometime, dont get all your info off the internet. You are one of the vaccination=autism people arent you?

Oh, you guys... you're not this argumentative in real life, are you? That'd be a nightmare for folks on road trips, around the campfire, in tents, and when sharing hanging belays, and such. You both have some good points! : )

Some of them are GiGi pretty bad I say I usually keep my mouth shut and try to get along with everybody as long as I get fair amount of belays on my tic routes but oh boy I had some bad experiences : refused to share their rope (brought to share) cos 'the climb was over my head and I wasn't gonna be falling on her rope, showed up hang over and drank all my water, made me dizzy from smoking pot around me, dictated all the climbs ' or the highway', had me pick up a bunch if their friends, refused to share their nuts, freaked out when I bailed the night before, freaked out when I was 5 min late etc etc although lately I've had very good experiences

I was feeling progressively crappier for years. Finally went to the doc; she sent me to the endocrinologist. Turns out I have an autoimmune disease-"polyendocrinopathy", (say it three times, fast). Now, I take drugs to treat it-feel pretty good. Fucking know it all doctors!

I have chronic fatigue syndrome which I got after having mono... your symptoms are the same, though they don't sound as accute. The main rule with it is dont' run yourself down completely... always have something in the tank. IF you are used to training hard, this is a difficult thing to do. however, the end result is more days to train than you otherwise would have.

You mean coffee? I don't like Central or South American coffee, unless it's roasted really dark.

And to continue with amateur night at the internet diagnosis cafe: Low thyroid hormones are another issue with similar symptoms. Hair getting coarser is an additional symptom of it. And a good workout wipes you for a few days, like chronic fatigue syndrome. In fact it is sometimes called chronic fatigue syndrome until diagnosed.

WTF dude...that is an insane amount of caffeine. You have two problems to solve. The being tired one and your unhealthy addiction to caffeine.

Just wondering...when you stand up after sitting for a while do you feel light headed?
