With all due respect, this is not a Coville's columbine, Aquilegia pubescens. Coville's columbine is a California endemic, found only in the High Sierra.

The columbine in this photo is the Yellow Columbine, Aquilegia flavescens.
It's common in Banff, as well as much of the northern Rockies.
