Adam....is Dopey Duck that steep, or is it the camera angle? Rock-Fencer's photo of the crux pitch makes it look like a slab.

Hard to capture the angle from the belay but is it certainly not a slab. It is quite steep. Probably the pumpiest 9 ive ever been on, though none of the moves are that hard. I did fumble with my gear longer than I should have though, which didnt help.

I clicked on here for the same reason as ol Benji boy. I won't disguise my click for a thinly veiled 1st grade question about slabs however.

At this point in the climb it goes back to vertical. But it does get that steep during the crux. Definitely feels this steep with how pumped a 5.9 leader will be.
