Cedar Bluffs is a state park, as far as bolting I don't know but if you did get the chance I would defiantly go check it out. Maybe send an email or something?

I'm gonna be trying to establish some routes out there in the near future. If anyone is interested let me know. Idk if that chalk rock is really safe for bolts or gear, its so soft.. and the top layer is super chossy in most spots.

I live a hour and a half away, and there's no way it could be worth even driving that far. I've seen formations like that in pueblo, right by the lake, and its no good
