Im just now picking up some new ice boots and actually measured my foot and it has shrunk or at least i think a full size from last year. I do climb in very tight rock shoes on long trad routes, i wonder if that can really crunch your foot down a size?? haha maby just now im starting to realize what i'm doing to me feet. Has this happened to anyone els?

it's possible for your feet to 'shrink' but probably not from wearing tight climbing shoes. if you do things that strengthen your feet, the musculature of the arches can tighten up, reducing the length of your feet.
disclaimer: i'm no podiatrist. i've just read that a few different places.
Yeah, I've heard your feet can go up a full 1/2-1 size in the afternoon versus the morning.

My Feet have shrunk three sizes in the past year and a half. I remember when I had to work to get my foot into a 9.5. Now 8.5's slip right on and my big toe dosnt quite reach the end. The next shoes I get will be 8's. I'm a little nervious.
This totally happened to me, however it was very fortunate. I used to have size 13 feet (street)! Hard to find shoes in that size, now I have a size 11.5 street shoe! I think that the size change was from my arches strengthening. I used to have very flat feet. Cheers
