I'm at a medical conference in Snowmass since I'm a student in the middle of a dirtbag climbing roadtrip, I can't afford any place to stay around here. They make it tough to dirtbag here. I spent last night in my car in Aspen jammed up against my haul bags for an uncomfortable night.

There's a little of both. There's pay camping at Difficult Campground which is just outside of Aspen before you start going up the Pass. Pay camping at Weller campground as well which is a bit further up the Pass. There are a bunch of free sites at Lincoln Creek which is the dirt road pull-off about halfway up. They are first come first served and usually fill up on weekends. Lincoln Creek area is also home to a lot of great trad and sport climbing, as well as a bunch of boulders.
I can't offer you a place to stay (as I'm currently mooching off my girlfriend here), but if you're looking for a climbing partner, I'm up for pretty much anything sport/trad/bouldering.
Castle Peak/Pearl Pass forest service road........It's not near the boulders but nice dirtbag quarters. Take a free soak in Penny Hot springs while ur at it!!
