Considering taking a trip out to Red Rocks in early November. Is this a good time of year to climb there? I was hoping for 50-60 degree days and sun, just checking if this is the rainy time of year? I appreciate anyone's advice from the area!

Crapshoot - could be perfect, could be rain, cold and snow.

Yep- hit or miss. I was there the week before thanksgiving and it was 40F with 35+ mph winds and flurries all week.

Last year November was all over the place in RR. I wasn't there, but was in Indian Creek checking the forecast and trying to decide when we were going to go do Levitation. In the end we drove down to Cochise instead because the weather in RR was so inconsistent.

Thanks everyone for your advice, I've considered going to Cochise as well. I think I'll chance it in early Nov otherwise AZ is where I"m headed.
