A climbing partner of mine has found duck feet salvation in Boreals.

I have a 4e foot. 5-10 pitons work well.

I second Yagi. My street shoe width is 6E and I'm on my second pair of Muira velcros (outdoor climbing only). Before that I had a pair of Katanas, which I thought were also pretty good for wide feet. I wear 5.10 Galileos when I'm in the gym, and they stay pretty comfy the whole time, although my footwork doesn't feel as solid as with the Muiras.

5.10 piton

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
