Looking to escape up to Bar Harbor middle of next week. Otter Cliffs will be the focus :-) Routes are 5.6-1.10 with stunning scenery! Top rope and rappel to the bottom of the cliffs to start the climbs. kammy44@yahoo.com

I am very tempted to skip class and run over there! Too bad its end of semester craziness. Have you ever been to the Precipice climbing area?

Hey there Karen.

Where are you located? I'm very interested in climbing on the island, however, I'm without a car and would need to catch a ride with you. I'm in Portland.

Let me know if this at all works for you. If not, good luck.

Thinking of heading up (I live in Rhode Island...a five hour drive) Tuesday and climbing Tues/Wed or maybe even part of Thursday. I could possibly coordinate a ride with folks, but I am planning on staying over night Tuesday at least :-)

I did not end up doing the climbs due to unstable weather conditions last week... still want to get up there in June !! :-)
