Description Suggest change

The Hole is short, powerful, amazing little problem. Start in the massive hole, with the large undercling jugs. Plant your feet high, and reach out to a good sloping edge (at least when you are in this position, it's good). Work the top secret beta, get your feet up and do a delicate topout rockover. One of the greats.

Location Suggest change

I'll point out a couple of landmarks, and try to get you in the right direction, but the Sheridan guide makes it pretty easy to find.
Hike up to Mad Meadows, and pass the distinctive Keyhole boulder, a cool v10. A little further up the trail, perhaps halfway to Pimpsqueak, you'll pass a twenty foot boulder with a large, low rail (The Rail, v3). Cut left from the trail and search behind this cluster of boulders. The Hole faces the other direction from the trail, and is best recognized from the description above. It's on the other side of a large boulder with a beautiful v5 with a dangerous landing (The Undercling).

Protection Suggest change

It's nice to have two pads, but perfectly safe to have one.
