Description

Heiliger Geist (English: Holy Ghost, Greek: Agio Pnevma) is one of the largest formations in Meteora containing some of the area's best long routes. It is also one of the easiest to top out on via the 5.4 route Ausstiegsvariante zum Weg der Blumen. But the real gems are the moderate to hard routes such as the 5.9 Traumpffeiler or the 5.12 A1 Action Directe.

Getting There

Heiliger Geist is located north east of Kastraki right next to town. Approaches start either from town or from the main road to the north of the formation.
