Description Suggest change

Very Small Bouldering Area located near the town of Yamhill. This newly discovered bouldering area is small. The best part being that the drive is short from McMinnville. There are really only two boulders 10-15ft. Routes ranging from V0-V4. The rock varies in quality. The routes required a lot of cleaning. Not really worth your time unless you're local. It's hard to tell how unstable the rock is. Please note that large sections of the cliff and boulder that could be very unstable (we don't know). These sections could fall and kill or injure you. Please evaluate this on your own.

Getting There Suggest change

From McMinnville go east on hwy 99w then take hwy 47 north towards Carlton and Yamhill. Drive on 47 to Yamhill passing thru Carlton. Once in Yamhill continue straight until you begin to leave town, the road curves right. Hear you turn left on Pike rd. Follow Pike Rd. for about 5 or 10 mins. Turn left on a gravel road called Rocky Ford. You should pass over a river immediately from turning of Pike rd. Once on Rocky Ford take an immediate right on another gravel road. Drive about 200m and look to your left up the hill are the boulders.
