Eric, best wishes on getting your merchandise back! To the guys who did this: karma's a b****.

I forsee a poor stolen trad gear placement and a long death fall ahead for someone.

Bump, so when the thieves think the heat died down we'll be able to nail 'em

BUMP

Any updates one why the sheriff's station never got notified? Do we know whether it's the fault of the phone company or the alarm company yet?

How about the footage from the restaurant across the street? Has that been able to be of any help yet?

Smith Rock is currently my favourite outdoor climbing destination. I've been pouring through Alan Watts' newest guidebook. I'd hate to lose Redpoint Climbers Supply!

I bet who ever lifted that stuff will post it on ebay. They will not try to sell it locally, unless they are idiots.

A quick cross-reference of the stuff in that ebay sale and the OP's list of stolen items doesn't seem to indicate that this is related. The thief(s) took quite a bit of stuff so there are many like items for sale in the Ebay action but at least half of the items they are selling don't match the OP's list.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
