Some of the most spectacular climbing days come the day after getting shot down. I personally have no idea what that is like, but I've seen it with my buds. I have mentioned before here on how vital DSB is to optimal performance.

sex is definitely preferred over climbing. One can climb while having sex. . .

Depends on the sex, and depends on the climbing. Also depends on how long it's been since I've gotten to do either... That being said, I'd pay for climbing, but I wouldn't pay for sex!

Its kinda funny seeing the tilt towards climbing from this sausage-fest. Lets get real here: a very large percentage of you guys clearly have had minimal -if any- sex at all. What you have had in the past is either an occasional mercy pooching or some variation on the coyote theme. I've seen you guys out there, and if I looked like you, I'd claim climbing is better too.

To quote my long time climbing partner, Maurice Reed " A good grade 5 sure lasts a lot longer!"

Sex only takes five minutes. Get er done and head to the rock. If it takes longer than Clucking is a great way to go.

Thus is totally odd... Kirra and Kat are notably absent from this conversation...

Sex is more important, but opportunities for sex are much more common than opportunities to climb. Therefore you have to choose the scarcer of two commodities when they appear to conflict with each other.

Somewhat unrelated, but I had to share this, from David Pogue's "The World According to Twitter". Question: What is the one subject heading in an e-mail that you NEVER want to see? Answer: "To all of my former sexual partners- as required by law"

I'm kinda leaning towards climbing, but since i have some live in. I don't skimp on either. If i'm gonna be gone most of the day, I have an early morning sesh and usually another sesh do to my safe return. If it' raining and can't go to the crag, then guess what...you guessed it, a little frolicking before the little misses goes to work.I personally am never to tired to hit the rocks after an afternoon delight or vice versa...

P- Thanks for starting the long debated sex vs climbing thread again, some hilarious responses. I'd have to say that climbing has been a central focus in my life, my job revolves around it, I've sacrificed relationships for it, I've certainly passed up booty calls for it... and I'd have to say that it's pretty much continued to get better over the years. A great relationship would be icing on the cake but not something that I NEED. BA The clucking vid, classic.

Why choose? Have sex before climbing, climb all day and then have more sex before bed. If you're lucky, throw in some middle of the night sex. I'm so thankful that I live in a world where I don't have to choose. :-)
