Need help identifying this tower from Black Canyon Locals

Can any black canyon locals identify this random tower outside of Crawford, CO?

I've heard rumor of a few routes up the thing, but they all sounded the same. Scary. Crumbly. Trespassing?

aka - Needlerock. I love scrambling, but it's hard to imagine anyone wanting to climb that choss heap when the Black Canyon is but 10 miles away!
