Description Suggest change

This is the shaded side of the ridge. It tends to stay cooler and not get nearly the amount of sunshiine as the Light Side. This makes for slower drying of the boulders after a rain, but it makes for much cooler temperatures in the Summer. Without much activity, the problems on this side tend to "moss up" and need additional brushing. There is also a shorter approach trail from the island parking pulloff on the road on the way up to the main lot. It takes you directly to L-Dog V3 area and continues up Deer trail to the Intersection with Darkside trail. Contact a local for more info.

Getting There Suggest change

From the main parking area, follow the directions to the Intersection at the top of the ridge. Going right takes you to the Dark side, Going left takes you to the light side. First problem/block you will come to is Pocket full of Kryptonite V4/5. From the car, the hike is about 10min. to the first boulders.
