Am I clueless, or does it seem to have oodles of trad' leadable cracks all around it? Just not quite into the whole 'bolt the whole rock world' philosophy.

Woodchuck, this route is a mixed route, as are most at thunder. Those "cracks" you see are not even seams, they would never accept anything but your fingers. Kevin in Glen have upheld great ethics in an amazing area, ground up.

They are not "bolting the whole rock world." Go climb there and see if you can hang.

I second what Monty said. T Ridge is tastefully and minimally bolted, and you'll need a rack for a good chunk of the routes.

Hey Woodchuck, I'll tell you what best thing you can do is show up here with just your rack and eschew those pesky bolts. You are really as far off as it gets the FA parties are the least likely people to have a "bolt the world" mentality. C'mon down to the Platte and see how over bolted everything is.

Phil, you're right. I wasn't trying to be a jerk about it. Sorry if I came off sounding that way.

WOW! Where'd he get that bolt gun?!? Good thing he's wearing Solutions.....I hope my mortal shoes can handle the test this spring... I guess I'll have to take off my shirt to make up for that....Sincerely, Anonymous Coward Easily Identified
