This photo shows the Access Gulley on the left that can be used, with caution, to access the base of this area. Otherwise, depending on river levels, you will need to either traverse around the buttress under the gazebo or rappel.

2 - Nanda Herring 5.6 also has 2 permanent top rope anchor points as protection
Belay location at bottom is often times muddy so throw in a tarp if you have one. You can sometimes walk along the river to access the base, but don't count on it if the water is high and be prepared to belay from the top to get your partner out!
