The route you are talking about is a Todd Skinner route in the 12 range. I've been up there a couple time in the last week and looks like someone has put in a new route that cranks the bouldery arete of the prow. To the person/people who put in the new arete line, i would be interested in working it once it has had its FA(recent project draws added so i'm not sure how far along the proj is).

The project was bolted by Mike Williams this summer. He recently put up a post on his blog describing it, but I don't think he's sent just yet... Mikes Iron Clad Beta

Thanks for the link to Mikes page Kevin. All the info about the Skinner route and the new route are described in detail as only Milky could. In case the link does not work or you are too lazy to go to his blog page. The new arete route is called Fanning a Twister and checks in at 5.14a while the old Skinner route dubbed Stub Farlow is 5.12d. His write up is a great read, if you are so inclined.

Thanks for posting all of the informative info on this area. I have been up there many times and wondered who did the development. Kudos to Mike Williams on the sweet looking new route, I can't wait to get strong enough to climb it. Love this area. Does anyone know about problems on the boulders littering the hillsides? These look to have some amazing potential as well.

Hi guys -- I bolted the center of this overhanging wall in 1998. I thought it was stout 12c at the time. Todd Graham.

This wall bookends the large headwall and has a burly looking bolted route on it. very overhung despite the photo.
