Another really poor cam size choice. Again the next size up would have been better.

why don't you try climbing one of these routes you keep bashing my style on. That's the biggest hybrid alien there is! plus the depth of the pin scar is the real limiting factor here not the cam being tipped out.

Try using a larger sized Alien shoved straight into the hole as it might fill the pin scar better.

I didn't view posting these pictures as putting myself on display, I more thought that perhaps the contribution would be appreciated for offering a different perspective. Sure I also thought holy shit this held? Perhaps I was impressed at what it took FOR ME to get up this thing. Perhaps you view that as putting myself on display even though I'm not even in most of the pictures.

FWIW I did the best I could on this route, I didn't nail, and it was my second route in the desert. I had been aid climbing for a couple of years before this, and climbing for much longer than that. I am sorry I am not pro when it comes to tricams in pin scars. I only have 2 and rarely use them anymore. Still to this day, and I've managed to get up 3 of the 5 fisher towers now. You all think you know everything but you weren't there. I think you're all forgetting guideline #1 which as I type this I see it still applies to photos. Did I ask for advice on how to make these placements better? NO, I tired other options but this is what stuck. Sorry if I suck at climbing and am making it more dangerous than I have to, but it worked so fuck off.
