Rebar Eater Vs standard hammer drill bit. Rotary only mode for Rebar Eater. Use the standard bit in rotohammer mode. Rebar Eater no good for this application.

Leftovers after entire rawl sleeve and cone were drilled out. Standard hammer drill bit works best on sleeve. Rebar eater smoked less on cone section.
Drilling sleeve out with the Rebar Eater. Regular hammer drill bit works better.
