Access Issue: Climbing Regulations/Seasonal Raptor Closures Details

The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description

This is the large flat boulder that sits out in the valley, to the west of Gunsmoke. It is said that the cowboys used to keep a piano on top of this rock for entertainment. There are a few problems on the West Side.
