Great stuff Todd. What's with the fancy carabiner break? When was this taken? I see a mix of what appears to be pseudo modern gear (Metolius TCU's) along with rigid friends.

A better question would be...why are the four knife blades tied off directly through the eyes with cord/rope not utilizing carabiners? Seems very inefficient, unless you were short of gear?

We left it to rap off of...It was a 4pitch new route..This was one of the belay/rappelling stations..
