Last night's event had a huge turnout as a standing-room-only audience crowded the Littl' Bear. While waiting for the silent auction and raffle, the band played on amidst rounds of beer and lingerie hanging from the ceiling. While I didn't see anyone auctioning off their underwear, the amount of items offered for auction were immense ranging from signed sports memorabilia to guided climbing and lessons from CMS, Bob Colb and Craig Luebben. Not sure how much $$ was raised but it was nice to see people present from all age groups & sporting activities. I scored my 1st CORSAR card (fyi Mark N.)-- for $15 which also included an awesome well-fitting t-shirt (thanks Curt). What a great deal! Thanks all -to the Littl' Bear, the sponsors, all of the supporters and especially to the Alpine Rescue Team for being there when we need 'em.
