Description Suggest change

Home to two of the finest sport routes on Independence Pass--as well as one of area's best looking open projects--Wild Rock is a crag not to miss. The harder routes on the east face get morning sun and afternoon shade.

Getting There Suggest change

Park on the right side of the road approximately a 1/4 mile before the upper boulderfield (1/2 mile past mile marker 52). Cross the highway, pick up a small path through the woods, and head up the talus above to the obvious giant boulder sitting on the hillside.
