For 2022: per Daniel Bryant: they did extend the order, but what I found was that the closed area does not encompass any of the common climbing areas within Elevenmile Canyon.

Description
This popular dome is quite large, south-facing, and hosts many fine moderate sport and trad routes. Most routes are single pitch with rap anchors, but for those that do summit, an easy downclimb is possible.
Getting There
The mileage at 2.8 from the start of the canyon off of CR96 on the right side of the road (no river crossing).
Per David Kider: there's a small dirt pullout for parking on the north side of the road that can fit about 4 vehicles. The routes directly in front of the parking spots are South Face Direct through Face Value.
