I grew up just south in Arroyo Grande for 23 years and passed these boulders all the time on hikes. Unfortunately I was not introduced to climbing until I was 26 when I moved to San Jose. I have have been back many times since and I just love these boulders. Probably cause I do not know of any other areas in the SLO are but also because they are so accessible. It has good views with a park like feel. Its not a place to road trip specifically but a good place to stop when your traveling south. Every time I go I meet other cool climbers. Heading down for X-mas and definitely giving these guys a visit.
