Yet, they are posting daily on 123mountain.biz and continue to do business on e-bay under 'grivel-us' claiming the following:

they also own grivel-us.com and deceive customers into believing that it is a legitimate US dealer for grivel.com.

I emailed Grivel about this issue two weeks ago, hopefully they are building a case to get that site pulled. It would be easy for some internet shopper to not notice it isn't a legitimate page affiliated with Grivel.

Liberty has been talking to Grivel about this and looked into what legal action is available. Please do not purchase anything from Grivel-us, as they are not authorized in any respect for Grivel products and have no products beyond what has been hidden from the Frisco seizure.
